I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though spacious and comfortable, were not that clean, and the noise from the downpipes disturbed my sleep. The stylish decor didn't fully function, particularly the poor lighting. On the positive side, I was upgraded to a better room at no extra charge, which was a nice surprise.
I felt like I was on a vacation overseas as the hotel is conveniently located right on James Street. The rooms were immaculate and stylish, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. The service was exceptional, making me feel right at home. The dining experience was a mix of great coffee and disappointing service due to understaffing.
The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms with a beautiful Mediterranean feel, ready early upon arrival for added convenience. The service is impeccable, with attentive and supportive staff. The location is fantastic, close to cafes and restaurants, making it a perfect urban retreat. The dining experience, while amazing, could benefit from more breakfast options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor improvements.
