I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though spacious and comfortable, were not that clean, and the noise from the downpipes disturbed my sleep. The stylish decor didn't fully function, particularly the poor lighting. On the positive side, I was upgraded to a better room at no extra charge, which was a nice surprise.

I felt like I was on a vacation overseas as the hotel is conveniently located right on James Street. The rooms were immaculate and stylish, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area.
